OUR PROJECTS

Outdoor Fitness Class

Outdoor fitness classes run from the fall of 2022 to the summer of 2023. They are held twice a week for community participants of all ages. Through these events, we aim to make training safer, more affordable and more enjoyable for all members of the community. The classes have been a mixture of stretching, body-weight training, cardioexercise and yoga workouts.

Intergenerational Fitness in the Park

The Intergenerational Fitness in the Park was a three-day-a-week project held in the summer of 2022. Our goal was to promote fitness and an active lifestyle among both the young and old members of the community. It entailed a number of training experts leading outdoor fitness activities that cut across ages. Over 300 people attended this project.
