Community Neighborhood Walking Groups - "The Movement"

Walking is one of the most accessible and effective ways to stay fit, enhance mental clarity, and reduce age-related health risks. At Fit To The Core, we’ve created “The Movement”—weekly neighborhood walking groups designed to bring aging adults, their families, friends, and neighbors together to experience the many benefits of walking.

These walking groups go beyond physical fitness, fostering a sense of connection and community in a welcoming and supportive environment. By joining “The Movement,” participants can boost their overall health, enjoy the outdoors, and strengthen social ties with those around them.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, improve your well-being, or simply connect with others in your community, our walking groups offer the perfect opportunity to step into a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle—one step at a time.
