Our Service

Community Fitness Events and Activities

We are committed to creating a community of active and fit aging adults. We provide highly adaptable exercise programs. We engage them in many activities through our walking, strength-training, cardio-fitness, flexibility and yoga programs.

We use these health and fitness programs to promote and educate individuals on the importance of leading an active lifestyle and daily techniques to accomplish this.

One-on-one and Small Group Training

One-on-one and small group training sessions allow us to provide special attention to the needs of an individual. It also allows us to create customized training programs for optimum results. We conduct the training through indoor, outdoor and virtual sessions. We also give aging adults access to a number of training videos to allow them to train at their convenience

Neighborhood Community Walking Groups

We understand that walking is one of the least expensive fitness activities. It boosts brain power, reduces age-related health risks, and enhances productivity. We aim to encourage aging adults, including their neighbors, family, and friends, to realize these benefits by creating weekly neighborhood community walking groups. We use these walking groups to boost fitness as well as encourage a sense of social involvement in the community.
