Fit for Life: Longevity Edition – Weekly Fitness Classes

Join us for a free functional fitness class designed for aging adults and active seniors. This class focuses on real-life movement to help improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence for daily activities. Seated and standing options are available, and no prior fitness experience is required. Classes are supportive, welcoming, and appropriate for all fitness levels.
