Fit for Life Method Workshop Series: Strength Training for Healthy Aging

The Fit for Life Method Workshop Series is a free healthy aging workshop in East Palo Alto designed for adults age 50+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent. Each 60-minute workshop combines education and guided movement exercises to help participants learn how fitness supports longevity and quality of life.
Workshops focus on important topics for active aging, including strength training for seniors, balance and fall prevention, mobility exercises, cardiovascular fitness, and brain-body coordination. Participants will learn practical strategies and simple exercises that can be safely practiced at home to support long-term health and mobility.
Led by Tracie VanHook, M.S. Exercise Science, founder of Fit To The Core Inc., these workshops provide expert instruction in a welcoming community setting while empowering adults with the tools needed to stay active and healthy as they age.
