Senior Fitness Class in East Palo Alto – Fit for Life Longevity Edition (Adults 50+)

Join Fit for Life: Longevity Edition, a senior fitness class in East Palo Alto designed to help adults age 50+ build strength, improve balance, increase mobility, and stay active as they age. This welcoming 60-minute class focuses on functional fitness for healthy aging, using safe and effective exercises that support independence and reduce the risk of falls.

Each session incorporates the four pillars of longevity fitness: strength training, cardiovascular fitness, balance training, and mobility exercises. Participants practice movement drills that improve coordination, reaction time, and confidence in everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and getting up from the floor.

Classes are led by Tracie VanHook, M.S. Exercise Science, founder of Fit To The Core Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping adults maintain strength, independence, and quality of life through community fitness programs.

This program is ideal for adults age 50+ who want to stay active, improve their health, and connect with others in a supportive community environment.
